Development of Projects Proposals, Maldives

With an educational background in development studies, I have experience in working in the national planning department of the Government of Maldives and in the local chapters of international NGOs.  As a mother, I now undertake consultancy work, working with organizations that support community development or promote good governance.  I volunteer as an Executive Board member for Care Society of Maldives, a NGO working for persons with disabilities.  For ASCOA I contributed to the development of projects proposals to submit to potential donors for environmental work.  

I welcome challenging work that makes a difference, work that will enhance my own capacity and expertise and contributes to meaningful impact. I love exploring other cultures and countries though books and travel. I am currently learning French and recently started Russian.
