Esther is an Economist with 10 years of experience working with the Government of Kenya in various capacities. Currently working as a Planning Officer at Kenya Civil Aviation Authority. Holds a Masters Degree in Economic Policy Management from Makerere University, Uganda and Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Moi University, Kenya. Achieved PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management, a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPAK), and a Member of Impact Youth Sustainability “IYS”.

My main motivation to join ASCOA team as a grant proposal writer is to give back to the community. This is achieved by working with ASCOA to foster environmental protection with special focus on plastic pollution and marine littering and providing valuable service to realization of its mission and vision.
