Jinyu is currently an undergraduate student studying environmental management in Australia and will continue to study environment-related courses in her master’s degree in 2021. She is currently volunteering online for ASCOA via the United Nations as a grant proposal writer. She hopes to earn some volunteer experience and better understand environmental issues in real life. As a student, this volunteer activity raises her understanding of marine and coastal ecosystem management. She thinks the promotion of marine conservation and increasing awareness of plastic pollution are meaningful for her.
