A law graduate of the University of Toronto and National Law university, Punjab, Riya has been involved with various journals and magazines in varied capacities since law school. She likes writing blogs and reading fiction and is currently the editor of The Greener Things, an environmental initiative and The White Black Legal Journal. She is currently studying for her bar exams to become a lawyer in Canada.
