Rugwegwe is a researcher, agriculture value chain specialist, and development programs analyst. He has worked with several reputable organisations such as United Nations-World Food Programme, World Vision International, and Agriterra among others.  Rugwegwe hold a masters of specialisation in Agriculture production value chains management from VHL University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and business administration from Bugema University in Uganda. “My motivation to join ASCOA through United Nation Volunteers online was based on my spirit of participating in community engagements activities through volunteering while expanding my personal networks and learning new skills in grants proposal drafting. I think ASCOA is the right place to do so based on its mission”.
