My name is Ruth Enjema Koffi Ngoni. I am passionate about empowering individuals and communities, and creating livable and sustainable communities. A holder of a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a keen interest in environmental management and housing issues.
I choose to be a part of the Association for Community Awareness (ASCOA) because ASCOA’s vision of sustainable community development and increased self-reliance is strongly in line with my passion.
