Peace building is one of the focuses of ASCOA in which they create awareness and educate the communities/ population on promoting peace building in the society, a world where peace reigns amongst all. Peace building is more effective at the community level where needs are known and solutions come from collaboration and cooperation between all sectors of society and with this, we are able to understand and tolerate one another. Thus, the members of ASCOA join the international community to mark with a theme: “UNITY FOOTBALL MATCH FOR PEACE” day through a friendly football match for peace between the members and volunteers of ASCOA and members of surveyors and friend’s veteran club scheduled on Saturday the 21st of September 2019 at 9am in Buea town stadium to commemorate the international day of peace.
